What a breath of fresh air. Such a thorough test and a wonderful experience using an independent optician. Insight from first contact have been exemplary. Such a thorough eye test, nothing like eye tests I have had at the brand high street opticians. I came out feeling confident and with the knowledge that everything was healthy. Frames and lenses are of a fantastic quality & standard. Fitted with care. Received advice on how to work with the particular type I needed. No rushing, given time to make choices. It makes such a pleasant change to feel valued as a customer and receive such caring service. I would highly recommend using Insight. Quality service from start to finish. Highly satisfied with the service and the glasses provided by insight opticians. The vision is superb and the eye test and dry eye consultation were thorough and done to a high standard by Mr Patel. Louise the receptionist is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I have been using this practice for about the last 27 years, which speaks volumes in itself. All the staff are very professional and cannot do enough for you. All the latest equipment and Methods are used to give you a great optical experience. If you are thinking of changing from your Current opticians, then look no further than Insight. 5 stars all the way.

The optiton here is the very best... however their glasses are very expensive
