Took my Dad to look at mobility scooters. Kate was very helpful, patient, and attentive to him, answering all of his questions to find the one he wanted. He was able to test drive one in the car park. His new scooter was delivered last week, just waiting for the weather to improve now so that he can get out and about a d enjoy it.

My mum and dad enquired about a mobilty scooter from care 100 in chesterfield , after speaking with Chris they arranged an appointment for a home visit , Chris came to the house the next day ( fully covid secure ) with a scooter , from start to finish her service was excellent her demonstrations was excellent ,, what can I say other than top marks I would fully recommend this company to everyone and the prices are spot on for what you get , highly delighted

Have just had an extremely good experience at Care 100, Kate was very attentive and caring towards my wife and very strict over Covid 19 distancing, only allowing visitors in their bubble and only by appointment, while we were there she had to deal with 2 customers who didn't/wouldn't socially distance, this she did in a both friendly and professional manner, unfortunately they ended up leaving in a huff! not prepared to wait 10 minutes while Kate finished with us. In my opinion their loss. Kate delivered our purchases for free the following day again following strict socially distancing, all in all i cannot fault the service we have had and may i suggest renaming Care 100 to........Care 100%
