Delayed & poor customer service Belts were removed and sent via 48hr courier 30th Dec. Company received on 3rd Jan Tuesday after the bank holidays. Thursday afternoon (5th) I was told after being dispatched, the belts package will arrive next day, most likely on Friday 6th. I was currently booked in to my garage to fit these on Friday/ Saturday. The seatbelts were suppose to be sent back to me via 24hour courier, however they didnt reach me until 8th February. This was after the original parcel being classed as lost after 16days - numerous attempts to speed up the process dealing with the company itself and chasing the courier myself even though its the senders responsibility to. I stated many times I wasnt happy. However the response was very blas - i was told they couldnt do anything until the parcel was classed as lost and that there are delays this time of year and they have been busy so you just have to wait unfortunately. I find it very amusing that ASOS which uses the same 24hr EVRI service was able to dispatch on that Friday midday to arrive Saturday midday without any issues. Based on this first time service, I wouldnt recommend because of the poor customer service skills / excuses blaming the courier for the delay without compensation.
