Purchased a grey tote bag for click and collect. Bag only 2 weeks old and the grey is peeling off underneath the handles. I tried to return to store and was told manager said it wasn't a manufacturer fault. Also I found the staff member who went to check with the manager to be not very friendly. IV purchased items from Matalan for years and this experience has really put me off returning . I'm very disappointed with this store and will not buying again in the future.
