Excellent company, the engineers fitted my boiler promptly and were really friendly and helpful. The customer service team are lovely, rang to check the day before that the engineers were coming and rang again to check i was happy with the work completed. Had a slight leak / dribble on one of the radiators (old radiator) one phone call and a date was arranged for someone to come and look and now all sorted, with another courtesy call from customer services to check the leak had been dealt with. Brilliant service!

Just been let down for the 3rd time on a EV charge point installation. Whilst I can't praise Kirsty on customer service enough for her communication and trying to sort out the issue, I've just had my Saturday ruined by a 3rd no show by the engineer in 10 days. Simply unacceptable.

From the first call to this morning when the auditor has been, I have been so impressed. The engineer that fitted the boiler was so thorough and informative, very polite & helpful. The electrician was lovely too we had a good chat & he made sure I understood what I had to do with the timer/app etc , The auditor today kindly worked around me to make sure I could get to another appointment & again was very friendly & professional. I have been kept informed of everything from the office & the visitors, thankyou very much for a great service
