Appalling customer service -have tried email, the chat function, DMs on socials. Postal tracking shows returned product has been received - no acknowledgement and no refund. There is no means to call. Emails are ignored. Chat function offers nothing. Community manager on Instagram suggests not emailing more than once but can't help. Avoid this site. It's just a waste of money and time.

Truly despicable customer service. I ordered three items on the 7/2/23. I still haven't received them. I was sent the wrong items, which is even more unacceptable as they had an image of my order as a reference. There is absolutely no point in emailing them or even phoning them, especially over a weekend. They STILL have my money, they STILL have my original order, AND THEY HAVE THE WRONG ORDER THAT WAS SENT, THAT I SENT BACK OVER TWO WEEKS AGO IN THEIR HANDS!!!

Received order in used condition with hairs and grime on... Returned straight away and now they won't reply or contact me regarding a refund and been a month now.... stay away from this useless company! Having to go through credit card company for a refund....
