        I dont know where to start with how poor the service is. My advice would be to AVOID at all costs. Roof was installed then subsequent fault was discovered. We have been waiting 4 years (no lie) for a follow up visit. Covid is one excuse, amongst a plethora of others, when he doesnt show up to multiple pre arranged appointments. It really is beyond a joke. This is still outstanding. He often doesnt have the decency to contact us until the time of the appointment with an excuse causing many lost working hours staying at home waiting for the visit. I rarely provide reviews and never negative ones but this is beyond poor service and professionalism. Id never want to put a sole trader out of business but if you want to invest in a new roof I would look elsewhere first. Service: Roof installation
