DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Requested cancellation of services which they are now trying to say were in contract until 2025, Cancellation was requested on Monday 28th March, Driver turns up on Wednesday 30th March to an empty bin which they are trying to say they emptied 25kg out of an empty bin

ABSOLUTEY DISGUSTING COMPANY!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE AS I WILL EXPLAIN. I agreed a 2 year contract with this company which initially was fine and ran for its duration. Had bin collections missed so called to complain and ask when my contract was up.... to be told I have run onto another 36MONTH CONTRACT IM LOCKED INTO without being notified. I called to address the issue to be told its in the terms and conditions. I am now in the process of taking this matter to court. absolutely shocking company please please please do not use. Oh yes I asked the girl how would she feel if this was a mobile phone contract in her name that after your contract expires your automatically locked into another 3/4 year contract.. her reply... Yes but its not a mobile phone contract is it!!!! ABSOLUTE COWBOYS. Steer clear
