Had Fletcher's heating to service my boiler for about 4years he then said l needed a new boiler l agreed to this the day the new boiler was to be delivered ( which l had to pay for on delivery) l suddenly came to my senses and rang another company who came straight away and said l did not need a new boiler it just needed a good service which he did for me took him 2 hours to clean it he showed me what he was doing and the pipe inside the boiler was solid with dirt which Fletcher's had supposed to have cleaned for the previous 3_4 years l cancelled the new boiler and still have my old boiler 2 years later Richard and his brother and the rest of his team want putting behind bars for a very long time do not entertain them near your property they are Freud's and don't care who they rob
