        Another frustrating visit to HD Chesterfield. Three staff in the showroom, two chatting, one in the office. No acknowledgement whatsoever as I walked round looking at the bikes. Finally the guy in the office came out, walked straight past me and got himself a coffee, apparently I was totally invisible by this point. Do they pass an ignorant ****tard test to work there? Have to say the service staff are great, but the sales staff are the worst. Won't be buying my next bike there! By the way, Robin Hood are no better (same franchise).
