27/04/2023 Picked my 91 year old mother up took her to the o2 shop wanting to transfer a No from a business sim to a new pay as you go. The guy rang customer services, gave me the phone. He couldn't talk to them because he would have to log on. The guy on the phone asked to talk to him he said I would have to join the que even though he wasn't serving anyone. We walked out in disgust. NO STARS

Went in with my father to purchase a new phone, the male staff member was very helpful, but the shop is let down by the female member of staff, which I presume is the manager. She was rude and impatient.

Went in for advice the older assistant could not care less .Said phone 02 as they will be able to help me . I wanted a sim card . My advice employ staff who want to help customers she was more interested in sitting at the counter barking ro other staff
