Big thanks to Alex at Chesterfield Branch who within 15 mins helped me sort out the problems I was experiencing in setting up transfers to my sons. Cora and Online Banking staff left me high and dry only to be passed on to a different department who are still 'looking into the problem'. Still not heard back from online. Armed with my 19 pages of conversation that I had with Cora and online I headed off to the branch with no prior appointment. The staff at Chesterfield were prompt to deal with me, courteous and most importantly efficient. Alex in particular needs commendation for helping out what at this point was a rather stressed out customer Result: Branch staff help 5 - Online help 0

I tried to open an account from the chesterfield branch, so unprofessional 2 visits in 2 weeks,no one there seems interested still no account. Think I will stay with the coop.

Slow & understaffed most of the staff are trainees and dont know their jobs I await the day that Ill close all my accounts and never use this bank ever again Theyve closed a lot of branches and the ones that are left are chaotic!!! Avoid this bank! And all other Natwest branchesEvery visit to this sinking ship of a branch is time consuming & stressful

Diabolical service. I needed to withdraw more than my card limit in cash and waited and waited and waited and waited until in the end I had to leave as my parking ticket was running out. Terrible
