        The game I bought here was faulty and the system could not read it, acting as if there was no game at all. It's the games problem as I have two working 3ds's and they both play every single game I have perfectly except for this one.

        This is for the store in Chesterfield. At first it was okay. I got the Nintendo Switch but whoever the guy one who was serving me was really rude. I asked him about it and basically he just says thats what you see is what you get. I hope they get someone else. After I bought it. I asked if there were anything wrong with it and basically he did not tell me. After that I turned and went he laughed at me with this other guy. I should of said something but I didnt I just went home. Anyway what I am trying to say is if you see a man on the till with a beard and short brown hair just be careful. He doesnt explain anything to you.

        The staff are alright. I've sold many items to them before. Don't like what they offer you? Get selling it off your own back then sausage lol FB marketplace, eBay, get shouting on the street like the Chezzy marketplace man "strawberries for a pound!" Why would they offer you more for something if it means they don't make a profit it's business.

        I placed an order for a 15 webcam with this store online, got an email later asking me to send over ID and copies of utility bills. I refused and they cancelled my order. Why do I need to send ID and utility bills for an order I've paid for already? Utterly ridiculous
