I can't thank Willowstone enough for caring for my dad so well. His carers do everything they can to make him as comfortable as they can & treat him as if he was their own family member. They are reliable, friendly, professional & enable dad to remain in his own home which is what he wants.

I can say a very professional company...Treat all clients with respect as though they are part of the family....Whether it is end of life care to meal provisions carried out ..Staff go above and beyond with their approach in all aspects asked of them ..Would highly recommend this company to any looking for a care company

Stay away from this care company at all costs, only out to grab money from their vulnerable clients. There are plenty of other care companies around Chesterfield please look into others before considering this one. A further update to this review it appears that if something isn't to this companies liking, it's perfectly fine to harrass its former clients and threaten their family members with legal action for writing a perfectly legitimate review on a public platform.

This care agency were due to care for my son during a weeks holiday in the Peak district. We were due to leave on the Monday morning and on the Thursday night I received an email from the manager cancelling care for my son due to her having issues with the contract with no warning. The payment was ready to go and any issues could have been sorted.My sons social worker tried to sort it out on the Friday but Willowstones manager was unavailable until the afternoon and refused to try and sort it out. In the end we had to cancel the holiday as we had no time to find an alternative care agency and I lost a lot of money. Not once did I receive an apology for letting my life limited son down. She was more worried that she may lose money. I have had a nightmare trying to deal with this. We have NEVER had a problem with a care agency when we have gone away. All want to help and have always done their best to accommodate. The staff here may be great but the agency is unsympathetic and unreliable. There are no excuses or reasonable explanations for what happened whatever response I get.
