Thankfully now under new ownership!!! We went to the shop on Saturday and bought a car seat. The shop is beautifully presented with an amazing range of products available. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great shopping experience.

Purchased a pushchair system back in November and paid in full. The pram was supposedly being delivered to the store in January. Rang the store mid January to be told it hadnt yet arrived so tried again a week or so later to be told the same. This kept happening. Then got told it would be arriving later that day and she would give me a phone call the day after when it arrived. Got a phone call the day after to be told it didnt arrive the day before but would be arriving that day again more lies. From that day I havent heard a word. Sent multiple messages and emails on all social media platforms that Giraffe Nursery is on and even personal social media platforms and been ignored on all. Im having my daughter on Friday and not heard a word or received goods. The Facebook page disappeared for a couple of weeks and since it has been reactivated Im now blocked from sending any messages to the page Absolutely do not recommend!

I am awaiting any communication with the shop I have called every day for the past week regarding a car seat I have purchased with Giraffe at the beginning of December my daughter is due in 2 weeks!!! we have been into the shop and promised this was coming numerous times but no nothing at all for over 2 weeks, no communication! shocking service
