Spent best part of13000 on a high gloss kitchen which looked wonderful when installed two years ago.However the gloss finish laminate is coming away from the base material,on a number of items now.Have reported to Chesterfield branch who tell me this is a nationwide problem and not to expect a quick resolution.On research this seems to have been a manufacturing problem as far back as 2009,shame I didn't know this when I made the purchase,am taking legal advice on next steps.

I strongly advise you not to purchase from this company. I invested a good amount of money in what i believed was durable and high quality when in fact 6 years on my experience is the opposite. I purchased high gloss kitchen units they look a mess. The units are made of cheap mdf which i only discovered when the high gloss sheet started to come away. My kitchen now looks mess As for the integrated appliances the fridge and freezer hinges are problematic resulting in the door not closing. Keep away from this company. I invested a lot of money into my kitchen as i thought i was buying something that could last.
