TUI Holiday Store

Me and my girlfriend visited the TUI store in chesterfield the other Saturday, we wanted to book our first holiday abroad together and needed help. We was greeted by a really nice member of staff called Natalie, she was great at giving advice and was very helpful. In the end Natalie helped us book our holiday to San Antonio which we can not wait to go on. Thanks again for your help and we will be returning again in the future.

A massive thank you to Laura in the Chesterfield branch for dealing with our query in store so efficiently after our call to the TUI customer service centre resulted in a disappointing outcome. She took her time to understand the problem & resolved it efficiently for us. We're now looking forward to our holiday!

Sobian was very helpful in store today! Lovely lady, friendly with my little boy. Kept him occupied with colouring books and crayons. Makes a cracking cup of tea too Booked our holiday AND wedding for us today made sure everything was perfect for us and made us aware of all the details we need to know. Highly recommend. Been a customer with tui for 5 years now and would never use anywhere else!
