Awful company, paid for a dining table in January 2023 which was supposed to be delivered within 7 days, the delivery never happened. BRIQ Furniture SAID THEY WILL DELIVER IN FEB AS THE ITEM was not in stock called in feb they said item will be delivered in March. They didnt deliver in March and said they will deliver in the week commencing 17 April 2023. I thought finally we have a date but I should have known better that Briq furniture have no sense of customer services and they cancelled my order without any explanation. Still awaiting refund but my advice is to stay well clear of this company!!

If I could give -100 I would. Ordered an egg chair and paid in full June 2022. It is now end of April 2023 and still nothing. Been emailing back and forth for months saying it will be delivered. I have now asked for a refund 6 times via email and they have just stop replying to me. Im tempted to drive 5 hours to their shop and demand me my money. I will email every day until I get my refund. SHOCKING COMPANY. Do not buy from them. They will take your money and ignore you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BRIQ it will be the biggest mistake you make they take your money and you receive nothing you try contacting them their phone is engaged 24/7 they don't reply to your emails I'm not sure what sort of scam they are doing but be warned they are not a legitimate company.

Non responsive to emails and continually posting fake discount codes on their website as well as sending fake discount codes by auto text and email that do not work.
