Sofa was good but delivery was poor You need to have a clear policy when you are going to deliver goods.

Not happy with this company got a sofa from them in December to find out there is a tack sticking out of the sofa that has ripped the cushion have been waiting now for nearly a year for them to sort it out they keep trying to palm me off with 50 to end it when ti have it sorted will cost me anything between 150 to 350 to have it fixed they have been telling the finance company they have phoned me with no calls to me what so ever they have missed appointments to come out promised me the was going to replace the section that has the damage but nothing ever arrived wouldn't be getting anything from them again and definitely wouldn't be recommending them to anyone

I am totally disgusted at the customer services I have received, and the manager Adam has been so rude! Very unhelpful, had a sofa delivered by someone who swore at us after we asked them to move the sofa out the puddle they had put it in, once we unpacked it realised it wasn't for us so asked to exchange the same day it was delivered for the manager to drag his heels and now say no! I am so upset I have a sofa I don't like and is uncomfortable!

Discussing not one word to say good from ordering to delivery total liers still 4 months on my order has still not been rectified oh and they actually tried to get away with a lot cheaper mattress than I paid for please do not waste good money in this place
