Caravan repaired Large repair after a few hiccups took along timexto complete work due to parts etc overall communication has been good email phone updates thanks to Natalie The body work perfect unable to tell there was any previous damage The service however on our first outing afterwards all the mains to the van switched off large leak on the water tank under the settee although was mentioned it was not leaking when it was taken in ?we also had a rattling on the van a frame when investigated the van lifted by Workshop on lifter dislodged cable the service as let the experience regretfully poir thanks to Tony paint shop also we had a service one of the best services we have had big than Workshop team Very pleased would recommend

Like all caravan and accessories places in my experience in which all accessories are over priced. For instance Monoxide alarms are 6 less expensive at Asda. That's an interesting response to my comment. Reviews need to be honest I think, and I honestly find Asda less expensive than those accessory places that I've visited. Reviews are for customers to learn from.

Fantastic customer service from Scott, the awning that I ordered for going away next week hadn't arrived after 4 days, it was being delivered to Argos & turned out they refused to accept it & sent it back!! Scott tracked it down & said it would be with me in a couple of days, I went out shopping & when I got back it was by the back door. Thanks Scott, that's what I call customer service.

Amazing company. Super efficient and communication was excellent. Every question was answered within minutes. Friendly staff, willing to help and nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend if you are wanting a first class service and a great price. I purchased a camptech awning and have now went on to purchase accessories. The awning was delivered within days and was very well packaged. Super service! Well done Robinsons caravans!
