I agree with the BROWETT review from 3 yrs ago,ive been waiting 8 MONTH for them to finish the lettering on my mothers head stone nothing but false broken promises,like she says once they have your money they couldn't give a toss.your money is all their interested in, use some other funeral directors.

Fantastic Service, really helpful sorting out my grandads headstone. The headstone looks beautiful. Would highly recommend.

They are very pleasant until they get their hands on your money!! Incompetent would be only one way I would describe them They have a list of excuses they read over and over every time you phone and ask about anything The man who deals with customers (he knows who he is ) actually shouted down the phone at me when asked when my mums memorial would be ready to the extent I had to put the phone down as I was in tears I can't stress enough GO SOMEWHERE ELSE These people only care about getting your money They promised from day one things would be done and they weren't Heartbreaking for the whole family
