        Great place, the gym is amazing and staff are really lovely and helpful.

        Seems to be going down hill, not much working in the "cafe" viewing area. Blinds are usually tilted so you can barely see through. Communicating to members is a lottery. And lately the attitude of some staff members is pretty rubbish.

        I have been coming to the gym for over 3 years now and I really like the atmosphere there and the staff are lovely. I do have a complaint about the closure of the cafe there. Not just me but many other people are missing it for the food but also for the opportunity to meet up with friends and family and have a good meal and a chat. It's such a shame that despite many of us asking nothing has been done to bring back an integral part of the HLC. Since Covid there are new rules relating to mixing with other people and basically it's a very safe environment.
