        We chose Buchannans as part of the free wills scheme in March. Unfortunately our original appointment had to be cancelled due to our having covid(!), but the receptionist was lovely and there were no issues with moving to a new date. The will was for my brother who has learning difficulties and can be very reticent with strangers. Alex was amazing with him. Put him at ease from the word go and I think he now sees him as a mate! Excellent service, highly professional and approachable / friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
