Initially feeling nervous about the process, I received brilliant legal advice and support throughout. My claim handler, Nicholas Tunnicliffe, was extremely easy to contact, always making himself available to answer any questions or concerns and answered them with precise simplicity and reassurance. I found Nick extremely thorough, supportive, friendly and approachable throughout and I cannot thank him enough for his efforts to make the process as easy and as stress-free as it was. Having been an insurance paralegal in my previous career, I can say from experience that Nick is exceptional at what he does. Although my claim was not guaranteed to pay-out, Nicholas persevered and kept me up to date each step of the way. Overall, I highly recommend Spencer's Solicitors, particularly Nicholas. Clownish bulk processing centre, nothing near the firm we usually use. Was via a legal expenses policy, kept sending back forms for various reasons and hiding behind AML procedure rather than looking at the case and doing something about what theyre paid to do. Now theyve said theyre no longer in the personal injury and uninsured loss business! Really poor communication.

id give them 0 but wont let you. Had a cheque of them which was returned from the bank 16/2/23 have been trying to speak to Shannon which seems to always be busy, leave messages still no return calls, it is now 16/3/23 still getting same answer sorry she is busy we will get her to ring you back,mmmm still waiting, and no replacement cheque, are they skint
