Keeps messaging/harassing me both by phone and email about my Virgin Media claim. I previously phoned in in Nov 2020 to stop this as I never made such a claim and was told the correspondence would stop. However it seems to have started up again! Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely terrible!! My case went on for almost 4 years and very little communication from them! They advised me to settle my case informed me that they would reduce the fees down by 70% in-line with the other companies involved with my case but still took 25% also as I was going through a mental illness and my Mother In Law was very poorly I think they took total advantage of my situation to get me to sign something quickly so I didnt realise what I was signing. I am waiting for the Ombudsman to contact me regarding this case!! THEY HAVE TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR CLIENTS!! Only interested in taking YOUR money and adding to your misery!!

Your, Lawyers was really amazing representing my daughter's case. They kept it so professionally well. Although it took a while but the outcome was successful good. Recommended to anybody in search for legel matters. Thanks Hellen Slack and all the team. MM
