Absolutely terrible. One key arrived completely to missing a bit. Had to phone them, then post them the key back in order to receive a refund.

Keys worked! But... The touch screen keypad that allows you to enter your email (in order to receive a receipt, that you definetly want after reading the other review) is incredibly frustrating, it took me literally 5 minutes to write my email.. A single press usually results in 3-8 digits being entered, the first of which is (fortunately) often the intended digit, the remainder are random. To my horror the delete button is also affected, deleting a random number from 0-5 of your prevoisly entered digits. I'm sure the cctv security guy thinks it's brilliant fun. The keys did work though!
