    Careful if you try to claim on the accidental damage cover if you're 1 inch outside your back door - Bizarrely the back garden isn't classed as part of your home.......... I now have a declined claim on my file (which is centrally shared between all insurance companies) for a claim that I didn't even have cover for - baffling why they have an inability to check your policy first, as opposed to processing a claim and then seeing if you're covered! I'll certainly be going elsewhere come renewal time - even though it'll cost me more now

    Only got 1 star because I could not give no stars. Bad service from start to finish. I had a family fatality and the upsetting, threatening text messages and emails where disgusting. You can wait up to 40 minutes for them to answer the call and then you get transferred and wait another, unacceptable length of time, to have your call answered. You finally get theiugh and your notes are not on the system, so you have to go through the whole upsetting, tragic incident again. The only positive thing I can write is that a lady called Janet, was very caring at a very bad time in my life. She was the only one out of everybody I spoke to. Their bereavement service, if you can call it that, is dreadful! I would not recommend and would advise people to stay clear of this company.
