We chose the vip party which makes it a private affair and is perfect for our needs. Lily and her friends had a wonderful time, everything was perfect and I would highly recommend the venue. We will be back next

Lots of silly rules. The owners wont take any customer feedback on board (clearly by their responses to other reviews) and this venue could be much better if they did.

Bet play centre I've ever been to, the owners are amazing staff very freindly and seemed happy at work, my daughter loved it that much she needed a hoody to match the staff and she absolutely loves it won't take it off definitely be back soon to have some of their waffles as they look amazing

Had a wonderful greeting the manager was lovely coming in, was great at giving a refund as something was ordered twice ( just a miscommunication, nobodys fault) had a slight issue which is why we left but spoke to the manager and he seemed as helpful as he could with the situation and said hed speak with the staff member that was involved, if that situation didnt happen, woulda given it 5 stars. Edit as response to Kocca I completely understand that and as I stated to you that wasnt my issue the issue was and as a said to your staff member, there was several older children in it and multiple times during the day in both the under one section and the 0-2 section, at one point my youngest (1) couldnt go in it because of the ammount of older kids in it playing around so the thing that annoyed me was that my daughter was the only one youre staff member told to leave the area after her going in it once ( when there was no other kids in it!) I dont know if its because she thought I wasnt looking or because my child was non verbal, clearly you didnt take what I said on board so there for we will no be back. Youve said on numerous occasions to speak to you if there is an issue, I did just that and theres no other outcome to this? I wouldnt have an issue if youre staff actually told other kids not to play in it but I was there for over 2 hours and youre staff literally saw it and did nothing. Disappointed to say the least because I actually enjoyed coming
