I would 100% recommend this hypnobirthing program. It gave me the coping tools to handle the surprises that I faced during my labour.

Im about to become a first time mum and the thought of birth is quite scary for me. I heard a lot of good things about hypnobirthing and my friend recommended Staceys class. I was so happy with the class and I came out of if feeling a lot calmer and ready. She was so kind and helpful and was working individually to help each person on the zoom ( some were first time mums and others already had children). She gives you all the slides, music and breathing techniques to keep so you can listen to them everyday. Thank you so much Stacey! Dare I say Im a little excited to try them in the labour room?

We had a 1-1 hypobirthing course with Stacey. I went from feeling nervous and scared about labour to feeling calm and confident. I was able to use the skills Stacey taught during my labour to have a really positive birth experience. Thank you!!

I have absolutely LOVED my hypnobirthing 1-1 sessions with Stacey! She made me feel instantly calm and at ease with her and we had a laugh along the way. She has so much knowledge to share and really tailored the sessions to me and my needs/ questions. Even after a positive birth with my first child, she has made me feel much more confident and excited for the birth of my second child. I would highly recommend to any mama! Thank you Stacey!
