        Very poor service after arranging a viewing of the show home in relation to a plot that was coming up for sale. On arrival we were told told that the plot had sold the previous day to first time buyers after previously being told we were top of the list. No courtesy phone call or communication from the sales teams to advise us of this and no apology for the inconvenience caused. Left feeling quite disappointed at the lack of interest from the sales team or offer of help with other possible properties.
