        I brought my 18 month old son to this salon for his first hair cut. We were greeted by Jane, who was clearly a natural with a small children and made us feel welcome and relaxed. She did a lovely job of my sons hair, was so patient and caring throughout and even gave us his first curls to take home with us as a keepsake. Our little boy really enjoyed sitting in the car to have his hair cut, it was such a lovely positive experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and we will be returning!         Booked wrong day, seven days notice given No refund Sat there for 15 mins until they said it was wrong day, said I had to get refund through the system I booked on. The system I booked on said to get refund from salon
