terribly simple. I can't make an appointment with the doctor for a few days. "We don't have places, come tomorrow", come the next day, "we don't make appointments, call only by phone" (which is always switched off).

In the last month I have had to speak to the surgerys receptionist twice and both time they have been polite and very helpful. Both times they have rang me back when they could have just left it as we arranged but made it easier and quicker for me.

Just been hung up on when I was trying to check the appointment time for my daughter , ok thank you bye when I was obviously still talking I appritiate they are busy but I wasn't on phone very long asking serious viable questions I needed to know..

Its near on impossible to get through on the phone lines and the receptionists are uncaring. Like robots. They tell you to ring at 8 am and then when you go round there, thereis no appointments available. The system needs a sort out it realy doesn't work. It would be helpful start to have receptionist that actualy seem to care.

First time I've been here, I was sent here for the podiatry. Very good at their job, knew what they were talking about. I can't fault them at all, made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. I had my toenail removed... totally painless. I would definitely recommend
