House was empty due to recent bereavement and I live 20 minutes away. Dave rang me every day he was passing to see if he could collect the cylinder as there was no unlocked access to back yard at property. This was a massive help and took one thing off my mind.
He collected cylinder with a massive smile on his face. Very friendly, fast and efficient service.
