After the recent passing of our mum we couldn't have put her in better hands than Spire Funerals , in whats already traumatic time the gentleman at Spire couldn't have treated mum with anymore respect and dignity from start to finish, every detail was taken care of and Paul and Mark could not have made us feel anymore at ease, I can't recommend them highly enough. Paul Wilson from Spire Funerals arranged my Mums funeral last week. Paul at Spire Funerals was recommended to me without hesitation by a trusted friend . For my family, the dignity and care of our mum was enormously important. We knew exactly what we wanted and we had some quite specific requests. These were dealt with very efficiently, but equally as importantly to us was the compassion and kindness shown. Nothing was too much trouble- from the special coffin we requested, to the 'out of hours' visits to the chapel. We received clear information and advice and felt absolutely comfortable and informed about what was happening all the way. The prices for the services provided was very reasonable but where 'Spire' really go the extra mile, is in how they look after the family too. At this difficult time, kindness and empathy mean everything and Pauls help was invaluable. Even the bearers who carried my mum were lovely, and a credit to their profession. Paul and his team made things as good as they possibly could be and all the family thank him wholeheartedly. If you want top quality service, I would certainly recommend Spire Funerals.
