Freeman Daynes provided a thoroughly professional service from start to finish for my daughters funeral. Sally was very professional and efficient throughout this stressful time and also showed us great compassion and understanding. The drivers/pall bearers at the funeral were extremely patient and polite whilst being totally professional at all times. The even wore ties in my daughters favourite colour, which was a very nice touch. Thanks again to all at Freeman and Daynes for looking after her so well and giving her the send off she deserved. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone who has to arrange a funeral.

It is very rare these days that you come across a company that provides a faultless service and preserves the standards that one can only hope for. From the point of first contacting Freeman Daynes they executed all the arrangements with total professionalism, care and compassion. Sally was wonderful, she helped us negotiate the whole process from start to finish. Her knowledge, compassion and care was of great comfort at a difficult time. She explained everything in depth, gave sound advice when needed, made all the arrangements and nothing was too much trouble. All the members of Sally's team operated with great care, respect and professionalism at all times and stages of the process. Sarah who was appointed the Celebrant at the Cremation was first class. She made several visits to my Brother, taking great care to gain accurate information and her speech was brilliant. She told the story of my Sister in laws life wonderfully, an accurate and touching speech that at our request contained some humour too - excellent. First class customer service from lovely people who are a credit to their company and highly recommend them - they will look after you when you need it the most.

Absolutely wonderful service from Sally. Very friendly and helpful for Mum's funeral. We couldn't have chosen a better place than Freeman Daynes. I would happily 100% recommend them to anyone.
