Awful! Didn't bother ringing me back on pre booked appointment, tried making out they had rang me on a different day to the booking on a number iv never had! Snotty receptionist claiming they do confirm number when making appointment to which i stated YES THIS NUMBER IM ON NOW WAS CONFIRMED, fuming. No help at all with my daughter's hand tremors & possible adhd worries, fobbed me off on school!!!! Disgusting!!!! Just wanted some help & advice, Will be changing surgery.

Me and my family been with this surgery for few years, and I don't know why we didn't change it earlier. Even 1 star is too much for those time waisters. Hard to call reception no matter what time or season - they are busy all the time. While waiting on phone it will do countdown till 1 min waiting time and u still need to wait next 20 min or longer. Same day visits are almost impossible even when it is emergency for kids. Most of times they will refer u to A&E or 111. Quite common they will tell u that GP might call u today or might not call u. No plan or will to deal with it next day or ASAP. Prescription's send to wrong pharmacy. Undertrained staff. Poor management of whole surgery. Places like this should be closed down and NHS funds send to more reliable surgeries. Please don't reply to this message that u are sorry as u are definitely not.
