Ferndale House Dental Practice

I was brought up in the 'good old days' when you got one shot of anaesthetic and that was it which led to some very bad experiences. I thought I'd got over my fear until Thursday when I had to have a tooth rebuilt. Dr. Duran gave me a local to numb my gum before giving the main anaesthetic. Four injections later and he could finally begin work. Both and his assistant were endlessly patient with me, explaining everything and stopping if they thought I was uncomfortable or scared. Everyone in the practice are so kind and I felt really at ease , treatment was not rushed and completely comfortable- really recommend this practice

Excellent dental practice, from start to finish. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. Both dentist,hygienist and clinical staff are all very kind, friendly and helpful. We have had numerous dentists and hygienists over the years, this practice beats them all, top of the list in all aspects. Would highly recommend them.

Only recently joined this Dental Practice but i am very pleased with the way i was accepted. I found all the staff very welcoming which helps when i was' as i expect most people are nervous at the time.. Posting on behalf of my teenage son.....I had a very detailed checkup and also had 4 composite fillings. Simon was very gentle, and my treatment was very comfortable. The dental nurses were also great and very caring. Thank you so much to all the team.
