First appointment for hubby and I this week registering with new dentist, having just moved to Matlock.I am extremely nervous at the dentist, and found all the staff extremely friendly and comforting and professional throughout. They listened and refreshingly took time to understand our medical history and allay my fears, and took time explaining Denplan levels available . Very impressed with practice and would recommend.

OUTSTANDING- Just completed my treatment with Will @cavendish dental practice. He has given me a perfect smile - very professional throughout communicating each step. Never rushed and always has the time to listen and explain. Thank you to Clare for referring my care to Will - what an exceptional member of the teamwould highly recommend.

Been going to this dentist for the last 15 years , always been ok but today I am absolutely disgusted with the service the reception team are abrupt as they all ways are but got used to the miserable staff on there , but a check up now consists of if you dont have any problems they just book you in to see hygienist charge you 65 pounds straight away and dont even look at your teeth , seems like all the reviews from the last 2 months are 5 star but look back further before you risk booking in here , what a joke this place is supposed to welcome nhs patients , but really think they just want private now , this place has gone down hill since it got took over a few years ago , all the good dentist have left you never see the same one as they keep leaving which tells a story, the reception staff need training in how not to be miserable and rude and may be smile, and dont bother putting a reply on from the manager as probably the same person who runs reception Shocking

First visit to this practice, as dental practice goes this was a good experience. They asked if they could take a digital record of my teeth, never seen my teeth like this before. Safe to say everything OK. How times change. Great team explained everything from reception to the dentist. Would highly recommend
