I used to be a patient here. However after the pandemic and several lockdowns I called to make an appointment only to be told as I hadn't been to the practice in some time I would be regarded as a new patient and they weren't taking new patients, even though I'd been waiting for continued work on a treatment started previously. The root that was left behind from an extraction that I was told "would never bother me" has been an issue pretty much since the extraction and I've yet to find alternative care due to a shortage of NHS dentists.

Best dentist I have ever been with.I had a traumatic experience with a previous practice, (thankfully he is now retired) which made me a very anxious patient.I had to have some extractions 2 weeks ago, Naomi and her assistant (Tiffany i think her name was) were fantastic, they put me at ease and the experience was painless , I had been so nervous prior to this.Wouldn't go to any other dentist, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere

Absolutely fuming, can never get through on the phones to rearrange an appointment due to caring for my autistic daughter (seeing as theyre closed every day for 2 hours ) and every time you ring its the busy tone so now Ive had a block put on my name so cant book any more appointments and just been told its tough basically and need to ring round to register somewhere else (knowing full well its hard enough to register with an nhs dentist) as no one is taking on.. avoid!

I've been going here for well over 15 years. They have always had exceptional customer service and really try to make you feel comfortable. I've never once felt unhappy with my treatment, service or prices
