        We visited this jewellers to purchase a gold bracelet which they had to get from there store in Barrow for us. We were told it would be here before 1pm the following day and that they would phone us when it arrived. No phone call and no delivery. It is now a week later and they still haven't got it so we have decided to look elsewhere. This item was valued at just over 1000 so you would think they would make the effort.
