Two Wests & Elliott Limited

I have placed two orders from Two Wests for bespoke made aluminium greenhouse shelves. Both times the communication has been amazing and they have usually dispatched my order on the same day! The courier was so fast too. They are great quality shelves and work perfectly with my heat mats. I'm so impressed considering that these have only been small orders, nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you

You don't have to look far for trustworthy reviews to see that this company offers for sale goods that they say are usually dispatched in a few days but take payment for goods they do not have in stock and then fail to deliver. I purchased a propagating bench costing over 500 and have waited nearly 3 months for one component that they still have no idea when will be available. Two Wests and Elliot are still offering the unit for sale with delivery "usually" 4-5 days both on Amazon and their own site even though they don't have all the components. To add insult to injury when I tried to request a refund for the missing item after waiting nearly 3 months so I could purchase it elsewhere they quibbled over 5. They probably saved that on the cost of posting the missing item! So much for customer service. How long can a business remain viable when it takes payment for goods it does not have and has no idea when they will be in stock ? There are lots of excellent reputable companies selling gardening equipment online. Sadly this is not one of them!
