Premier - Derby Road Convenience Store

Hands down The WORST customer service. I can only assume that after months of using this store the staff & managers here do not like people. -. Even if you spend their hard earned money at this place. No conversation, no eye contact,, almost feel like you need to get your stuff and leave right away. The staff always create a terrible atmosphere! I know people that feel the same and no longer use this store for the exact same reasons. - And from now on neither will I. , It doesn't take much to be kind and friendly. Good news is there are a couple of shops about 2 minutes away. - (If you guys want to be treated like human beings that is). All the best

WOW, what a little gem of a shop tucked away on the corner selling everything ;from everyday household item, cleaning products, DIY supplies, massive selection of beer, wines and ciders. Wide ales and very friendly, helpful staff members. Making this my new corner shop. Very impressed.

Great place to shop with loads of varied produce from food essentials to health and beauty products. The staff are always very polite and helpful, right now your required to wear a face mask which should be mandatory for any shop with this pandemic. The hours are great so you'll always get what you need when you need it. Please use these kind of shops as they're local and need our help
