I order from here now and again and its been great I ran into an issue last night of wrong item being sent my fault for not checking correctly when delivered. I spoke to someone this morning and got it sorted straight away. Very helpful and kind people their help was very much appreciated x

Discusting servis my other half went in to redeem a energy voucher on 10/05/22 . The first member of staff used the voucher code first but didnt know how to put it on our gas account so went to get the manager. The manager came out said that the pay point does not do British gas and it's our fault for not saying that. We are not trained on these things and neither are the staff here it seems. After falsely blaming the customer for lack of her staff training refused to return the voucher saying she needs to claim 30 pound back even though we had received nothing. After my wife then left the store she was harassed and followed outside by the manager but as there was kids present my wife just told her she needs to f off and leave her alone. The shop keeper then told her never to go back in the shop. So untrained staff unable to take any responsability theft and harassment. This has been reported as stolen and will be going to premier complaints and trading standards.
