        Rude staff that tut at you and it looks like they dont even clean there self checkout tills they are always disgusting.

        Most the time you go in this place you have to ring a bell on the counter in order to get service which I find appalling customer service to begin with. If there are customers in the shop, somebody should be behind the till waiting but a lot of the co ops operate in this way so its a flaw in their operations and staff can only do what they are instructed to and I understand they have to do stock etc but today I store there for the best part of 5 minutes, I had pressed the bell 3 times and then waited a little longer and the customer behind me said I think you need to press it again. I explained I had 3 times and I wasnt going to again so I left my shopping and went elsewhere. Ive had enough of this shop, always having to wait for service and made to feel like youre inconveniencing them when they have to come and serve you. If they carry on they wont have jobs as everything is being pushed towards the self check outs and they are facilitating their own demise. Sort it out as you are losing customers
