Just been stood at the till for 10 minutes completely ignored by two members of staff while they had a chat between themselves. A lad who was behind me said might as well use the self checkouts mate these aren't interested. I wouldn't have minded using the self checkout didn't even know they had them. Staff never even blinked an eye, customer service is non existent in this store
