Had a lovely shopping experience here! They had the friendliest guy on the till! unfortunately I didnt get his name but I can honestly say he was absolutely lovely to everyone while I was in there. Easy to navigate for the bits I needed and extremely welcoming service. I will definitely be coming back!

Didn't appreciate the poor degree of service I got. Was waiting 5mins at the tills a couple weeks ago and when I was served it looked like there was literally only one member of staff in the shop. Won't be going back there... I'll most likely save some money by staying away from it too. Prices are silly.

I wondered in to this store the other day as I've never seen it before. So thought I'd give it a try. The store had a very low budget feel about it and the smell of cheap perfume and strong hair products run through out the store, but I'll put that down to the gentleman with the perm, the store does give the feel of poundstretcher when I was looking around but just a lot more insignificant, the prices were ridiculously high and most of them was unbranded as well. A lot of household items which seem unnecessary for a discount retail store in the middle of town, I mean I can't get a decent drink packet of crisp or a chocolate bar but I can buy a mammothly over price rug clothes airer and 3 drawer tower ( suspiciously all the same as poundstretchers down the road) The lay out of the shop really does seem stupid The staff seem over worked and tired. Overall I'd give this shopping experience a no stars but because Google are making me give a star before I can post this I'm begrudgingly going to give a one star, You seem to be struggling with what you want the store to be. The prices are astronomical for non branded items and let's face it the toys are just tat. Wouldn't be wasting my time shopping there again Customers walk alittle further poundland is about 2 minutes away from this greed ridden store

Went in to buy some shower gel. Saw the assistant manager (lenos) sat on his phone snap chatting people instead of helping customers, his manner was very rude and he seemed extremely unprofessional. Will not be spending my money here until the standard of employees improves
