If I could give you a zero I would. Never have I ever been spoken to in such a rude and unprofessional manner. Went to collect a parcel to which the shop hadnt received a code from Royal Mail (which I rang up about and they didnt need). Refused to give me my parcel, told me they were sending it back and to never use their shop again. RUDE
