        I tried a few times to telephone this company as I wanted to place a sizeable order. However, after a few ring out tones, my call was disconnected. Disgusting and frustrating. I definitely will not be placing any orders now or in the future with this cowboy venture.

        Specifically ordered with the promise of delivery Wednesday. They never turned up and now wont turn up until Monday. Will never order again nor will I recommend. These tiles arent cheap and with the expensive delivery then you expect to have the guaranteed delivery and some sort of communication if they arent going to turn up. I didnt ask for a specific day of delivery for no reason at all. Dont bother ordering from here.

        Easy to find place with good showroom and plenty of stock to take away on the day. Friendly helpful staff . Had to go from top to bottom as wanted full brick slip at the top . Product is easy to use and looks brilliant when finished :)
