I was let down by the company I had booked, and Im glad I was. I rang mark and explained my situation, and he accommodated me within 24hrs by giving up half his day off. Mark arrived and talked me through the process, we agreed a price and he set to work. I had to go out for a job interview and was more than comfortable to leave mark with a key. My recliner chairs have come up like new with no greasy head areas, Jean coloured seats or foot pushing spots on the foot areas. Excellent. The almond coloured carpets which had not been cleaned commercially in 15 years again have texture where the wool fibre have been released from being compressed from foot traffic and no spots. Excellent. The White UPVC exterior areas Mark cleaned last year, even after living next to a building site for a year, are still easy to bring them up to the standard he did after a major clean-up last year. A very fair trader who knows his technical knowledge with good application of skill.
