        In November my car was hit by another driver and I was told I had to go through Bristol Street Motors. Since 29th November I have been calling them but the call gets put through to the main vauxhall dealership. They take a message and say someone will call me back, but they never do. Utter nightmare, whilst my damage is minimal, this is no way to treat customers. They need to get proper CRM software that flags which customers or prospective clients need calling. Terrible service.

Although it was the end of shift for him "He went above and beyond to help me with my car" This type of manager / staff is what makes a customer come away happy and confident to recommend to anyone .
